OUR STORY
Growing up in Wisconsin farm country, Nic developed a keen interest in agriculture. He worked with a variety of fruit, vegetable, and medicinal herbs operations to cultivate expert knowledge in sustainable and organic farming practices. During the same time period, he guided numerous medical marijuana cultivators through development and operations around the region. Nic is a Veteran of the United States Air Force and fluent in numerous languages holding degrees in both Environmental Studies and Biology. With his background, in agriculture, military, and cannabis, he developed 3C to help pursue living in a world where the legal cannabis and hemp industries also yield high-quality organic products, prioritizing socially and environmentally responsible practices.

3C's mission is to help guide and grow this rapidly evolving industry towards a mature, safe, and regulated future where profitability, social equity, and environmental sustainability converge.
We will accomplish this by being stewards for our clients, for the world, and for the plant itself. 3C's cannabis consulting company is setting new expectations for results that unite economics, the environment, and society to define profit at a higher level. 2015
3C Consulting, LLC (3C) Founded - Equipped with seven years of cannabis experience as 3E - Easley Environmental Engineering, Nic Easley expands his business model to include consulting services for operations of all types across the legal industry.
Nic Easley co-founds Cannabis Benchmarks and Hemp Benchmarks, the leading providers of financial, business, and industry data for the North American cannabis and hemp markets.
2016
3C listed as one of the Cannabis Business Executive (CBE)
2016 Top 100 Ancillary Businesses.
3C expands its operations outside of Colorado as new states create their own medicinal and recreational cannabis programs. Some of the first markets we served were Ohio, Arkansas, and California.
3C submits the first application for medical license in Germany
2017
Multiverse Capital (Multiverse) Founded - 3C’s principals founded Multiverse, a cannabis industry venture capital firm, to bridge the gap between accredited investors and qualified cannabis companies seeking funding.
3C Wins its first international cannabis business license for a client in Denmark.
